Multi-faceted company, Jones Building Group, appointed us to undertake SAP Assessments, EPC’s and Part L compliance for the development of the first 24 residential dwellings at St Peters Glade, located just nine miles from the historic city of Bath.
The homes reside on the site of former St Peters Factory at Cobblers Way and comprise of three-bedroom semi-detached homes and four-bedroom detached properties, all built to exceptionally high standards and constructed from materials which complement and blend in with the existing properties in the surrounding area.
Our Senior Consultant has worked closely with the client throughout to provide Design Assessments, U-Value Calculations, Part G Water Calculations and on upon completion As Built Assessments and EPC’s. We provided guidance during the design stage to ensure that materials used to build the dwellings are of a sustainable nature and meet the Building Regulations requirements.
