We provided Energy Consultancy services on behalf of our client Annex 29 Ltd, for the fit out of several Snap Fitness Gyms at Ashford, Dartford, Greenwich, and Herne Bay.
Having provided the initial SBEM Assessment, it became apparent that they needed to change the design of their M&E system to achieve compliance with the Building Regulations. Cook Brown Building Control provided guidance with the Building Regulations as the appointed Approved Inspector for the projects.

We provided Energy Consultancy services for the fit out of a brand-new gym in London.
We conducted Energy Assessments throughout the project to ensure that the project was sustainable, and Cook Brown Building Control provided Guidance with the Building Regulations as the appointed Approved Inspector for the project.
