Following a successful and busy year for us so far, we are excited to announce that we have recruited two highly qualified Consultants to join our growing team and to allow for the expansion of our services portfolio. Our new Consultants will not only bring with them a wealth of knowledge and experience, but will also enable us to offer an even broader range of services to our clients.
With the addition of Mike Lindlahr and Mitzi Wells, we have re-structured our services portfolio to create two new distinctive teams within the company – the Environment and Sustainability Team and the Energy and Compliance Team. This new team structure allows us to offer distinct services at key stages of projects, from early concept through to post occupancy evaluation. Mike leads the Energy and Compliance Team and heading up the Environment and Sustainability Team is Mitzi.
By creating these two teams, our current service offering of nineteen individual services will increase to over thirty, some of the new services include BREEAM, Display Energy Certificates, MEES Assessments and Reports and Scottish EPC’s & DEC’s.
